What is GymDough?
Delicious, indulgent, macro-friendly protein cookie dough that means you no longer have to rely on chewy protein bars and bland yoghurts to hit your protein and tastebuds.
How much protein is in GymDough?
Protein content varies by size and flavour. You can find the full nutritional breakdown for each flavour on its individual product page. All of our Larger Tubs contain a minimum of 50g of protein, while our Snack Pots contain a minimum of 22g.

Is GymDough suitable for vegetarians and/or gluten intolerances?
All Gym Dough flavours are vegetarian and made with wheat free ingredients, however we cannot guarantee gluten free as we work in a kitchen that handles wheat.
What allergens does GymDough contain?
All allergens are clearly highlighted on each product page. If you have a specific allergy, please check the full ingredients list before consuming. Due to potential cross contamination, Gymdough is not suitable for those with severe allergies.
Eating & Storage
Can I eat GymDough straight from the tub?
Yes! GymDough is specifically made to be eaten straight from the tub with a spoon, no baking required! For extra indulgence - blast in the microwave for 10 seconds.
How should I store GymDough?
Keep Gymdough refrigerated or freeze for up to 6 months. Defrost in the fridge for a few hours before eating.
How long does GymDough last once opened?
GymDough lasts upto 7 days after delivery in the fridge, but can be frozen for up to 6 months!
Can I freeze GymDough?
Yes, GymDough can be frozen up to 6 months.
Orders & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to get your GymDough to you as quickly as possible. As all GymDough is handmade in-house, initial orders typically take 5-7 business days to be prepared and dispatched. Please allow 1-2 days once dispatched to arrive.
How can I track my order?
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email (or SMS if provided) so you can follow its journey. Please check your junk folder in case emails land there!
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll do our best to help you out before your order is dispatched to you.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please info@gymdough.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve and replace it quickly!
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Sadly not, however we hope to offer this option soon!
